At TomApril, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand production process. Because each product is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.
We encourage all customers to carefully review our size guides and product descriptions before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right. To report an issue, email our support team at your email address here and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defective item
• A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll promptly issue a replacement at no additional cost.
