Overview
At Tomapril.com, every product is made to order using trusted print-on-demand fulfillment services, including Printify and Printful. This helps us reduce waste and create high-quality custom merchandise for you.
Order Processing Time
Each order is sent to production shortly after payment is confirmed. Manufacturing and fulfillment usually take 2–7 business days, depending on the item and production partner.
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout and your location:
• Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
• International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and regional carrier service.
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections may occasionally impact delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item type, and the printing partner’s rate.
Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
Because we work with multiple print partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking details for each shipment once available.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Tomapril.com is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. If your tracking shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received your order, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us if needed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partner to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
