When placing an order or submitting a design, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian.
Custom orders are created based on your submitted designs and specifications. Please review your design carefully before ordering, as production begins soon after an order is placed.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed at checkout to process an order.
Because our products are made to order, production begins once your payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship your order as soon as production is complete. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximate and may vary based on location, demand, and carrier schedules.
Tomapril.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property and Customer Designs
You maintain ownership of any original artwork, logos, or text you upload to Tomapril.com. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to print, display, and distribute your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You agree that your submitted content does not infringe on others’ intellectual property rights. Tomapril.com reserves the right to refuse orders that include copyrighted, offensive, or illegal materials.
All original graphics, text, and brand assets displayed on Tomapril.com are owned by or licensed to Tomapril LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Refunds and Returns
Because our items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Please see our separate Refund Policy for details about reprints and order issue resolutions. By purchasing through Tomapril.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tomapril.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.
